Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Scandiora AB ("Scandiora", "we", "us") processes your personal data when you visit scandiora.com or subscribe to our newsletter. We are the data controller under the GDPR (Regulation 2016/679).

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

When you subscribe to the newsletter we collect your name and email address.

When you visit the site we may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information and an approximate IP-based location.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and on our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) in operating and securing a functioning website.

4. Retention

Subscription data is stored for as long as you are a subscriber and for up to 24 months thereafter. Technical logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months and are then anonymised or deleted.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and to data portability, as well as the right to object to processing.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm.

6. Transfers

Personal data is stored and processed within the EU/EEA. For any transfer outside the EU/EEA we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) with additional safeguards.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available at scandiora.com/en/privacy.
